Watch Indian Wells 2026 live streams, as tennis' unofficial fifth slam returns to the California desert for the biggest tournament of the season, beyond the four majors. It's big, the action unmissable.

The biggest names will be there, too, with Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic for the men, and Aryna Sabalenka, Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff and Elena Rybakina for the women, all confirmed participants, plus defending champions Jack Draper and Mirra Andreeva.

Alcaraz unsurprisingly starts as the man to beat. Fresh from winning the Australian Open to become the youngest male player to complete the career slam, the 23-year-old has a perfect 12-0 record in 2026 after also taking the title in Doha. Sinner has never won at Indian Wells, but is superb on hard courts, so will want to lay down a marker.

Keen to prove there's more to the ATP Tour than 'Sincaraz', Djokovic is seeking a record sixth Indian Wells title after taking the Alcaraz all the way in the Aussie final. Draper returns to defend his title after 12 months beset by injury problems since the Brit won his breakthrough tournament. Taylor Fritz spearheads the American charge with compatriots Ben Shelton, Frances Tiafoe, Tommy Paul, Learner Tien and Brandon Nakashima all seeded in California.

Sabalenka is 11-1 for the season, but that '1' may cast a long shadow. The Belarusian was a break up in the final set of the Australian Open but fell apart when it mattered most to give Rybakina her first major since Wimbledon 2022. Rybakina is one of the few on tour to have the power game to match Sabalenka. Iga Świątek has been inconsistent for a year, but the Pole is the best mover on tour and will look to get back in the winner's circle.

Home hopeful Jessica Pegula will hope to back up a WTA 1000 victory in Dubai two weeks, with fellow Americans Coco Gauff and Amanda Anisimova also looking to impress in California.
