With the Easter bank holiday weekend behind us, most retailers are now wrapping up their spring sales. However, I've just looked through Amazon, and it still has dozens of solid offers up for grabs across laptops, appliances, TVs, smart home tech, and more. I've rounded up the 18 best deals still available that'd I recommend buying now.
One that's already proven popular — and one many could be wishing for over the next couple of days — is this Shark Flex Breeze Hydro Go for £89 (was £129.99).
As an owner of this fan, I think it's an excellent buy as a quiet and portable option that you can just as easily use in the living room and the bedroom. This is also a record-low price, and is unlikely to be this low again when the warmer weather comes for longer (fingers crossed) in the months ahead.
Other deals that have caught my eye include the stylish Amazon Kindle Colorsoft for £189 (was £239.99), the super-cheap Blink Video Doorbell for £24.99 (was £49.99), and a very early £50 discount on the brand new Mac Book Neo.
I'm not sure how long all of these offers will remain available for, but I expect that they will be ending at some point this week. After that, we'll be short on sales events for a couple of months, until the expected start date of Amazon Prime Day in July.
You may not be thinking about fans while it's still chilly, but now's a good time to get ahead of any upcoming summer heatwaves with this record-low price for the excellent Shark Flex Breeze Hydro Go. This portable fan works both indoors and outdoors, weighs under 2.1kg, is easy to carry, and has cooling technology which produces ultra-fine droplets for a refreshing mist. Up to 12 hours of cordless run time, you can use it just as easily by your bed as you can in the garden.
The Blink Video Doorbell is back to its lowest-ever price right now at Amazon, which is great news if you're interested in buying your first smart doorbell. This latest model comes with a head-to-toe HD view, infrared night vision, and two-way audio – all you'd want in a basic video doorbell. You can watch packages get delivered and answer the door in real-time from the Blink app, but you can't save footage without a Blink Subscription or a Sync Module (which you can add for £5). Thankfully, you get a 30-day Blink Subscription Plan trial with your purchase, so you can try before you buy.
Amazon's latest sale includes this 32-inch TV on sale for a record-low price of £139.99. While the Amazon 2-Series TV is just a basic HD display, you get smart capabilities with the Fire TV experience and Amazon Alexa on board for hands-free control at a bargain price. It's far from the best TV in the world, but if you need something small and basic for the kitchen or a kid's room, then this is fine for the job.
Display - 15.6 inches Processor - Intel Core 5 RAM - 8GB Storage - 512GB
Here's a solid and affordable Windows laptop available at Amazon. It's an older machine, but there's no denying it's a solid entry-level choice for the price, including an Intel Core 5 CPU, 8GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD for storage. It's a great buy if you want a good laptop with decent battery life for everyday use, work or school.
As the name suggests, the Fire TV Stick 4K Plus streams shows and movies on your TV in ultra-high 4K resolution, with access to all the major apps and voice control support through Alexa. It's a good offer for a solid streaming stick that could be an upgrade to some slower and clunkier in-built TV services and apps. The Plus version boasts Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support, as well as a faster and more reliable Wi-Fi 6 connection.
I was looking for some longer USB-C to USB-C cables to make playing my Steam Deck while it's charging a lot easier, and this two-pack of 6ft cables from Anker looks like exactly what I'm after. These good-length and well-made cables come from a solid brand and support super-fast charging on compatible devices, too, so what's not to like for under £10?
The latest version of the standard Kindle is on sale for Easter at just £5 more than last year's Black Friday price. This is a basic ereader, but it still boasts a four-week battery life and space for thousands of books. Given it's currently just under £100 cheaper than the Paperwhite, this is clearly a better pick for the infrequent reader who's after a more budget-friendly option.
Display: 13 inches Processor: A18 Pro RAM: 8GB Storage: 256GB
The Mac Book Neo is officially available to order, and Amazon has a first-time discount, bringing the price down to £549. The latest Mac Book packs a 13-inch Liquid Retina display, an A18 Pro chip, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and up to 16 hours of battery life, all for under £500, which is fantastic value. It's extremely rare to see a discount on such a new Apple model, so this is definitely a standout deal.
If you want to give your home heating a boost, then I can recommend this Dreo Electric Heater, which is down to under £40. We haven't tried this model in particular, but Dreo is one of the top brands for fan and air quality products – and this seems no different, going by the thousands of positive reviews on Amazon for its compact size and efficient heating.
A smart kettle feels like a bit of a gimmick, but if you make a variety a different hot drinks that taste better when brewed at specific temperatures, then I could see a reason why you'd want to invest in this Ninja Perfect Temperature Kettle. With this discount, it's much easier to justify a purchase compared to the steep full price.
Display - 14 inches Processor - Intel Core 3 RAM - 8GB Storage - 128GB
This version of the Asus Chromebook Plus offers a solid amount of power for the price if you need a basic laptop. It includes 8GB of RAM and an Intel Core 3 processor, boosting performance, boot times and load times. I wish storage was more than 128GB, but that's enough for your essential files and applications, but you do get solid battery life to last a full working day. At a little under £250, it's a smart buy for school or college, or just as a home laptop for light use and everyday tasks.
The newest version of Amazon's standard Fire TV Stick is down to its lowest-ever price, making this an inexpensive way to add or upgrade the essential smart features in your TV, including access to streaming apps in HD, Alexa voice controls and the ability to control other smart home devices. This is a decent option if you're looking to upgrade your streaming setup on the cheap.
Another streaming stick, this time one that's £5 more than the previous record-low price. The newest version of Amazon's premium streaming device, the Fire TV Stick 4K Max, streams the same content in the same quality as the standard 4K version, but the extra power inside means you get faster performance when navigating apps and searching for shows. Plus, it uses Wi Fi 6E technology to give you a more stable and consistent streaming experience over the majority of built-in TV services and apps.
The Kindle Colorsoft was slightly cheaper than this in last month's spring sale, so it isn't one of the strongest offers I've seen on Amazon's first colored ereader. Nevertheless, it's a tempting price if you enjoy reading travel guides, graphic novels, and other genres with a lot of images and photographs — or just want to view your entire ebook library in its full colour glory. The ereader is USB-C and wireless charging compatible, lasts up to eight weeks on a full charge, and has enough storage for thousands of books.
The Google Pixel 10 is £150 off in this Easter deal at Amazon, which is a bigger discount than we'd normally expect to see on a recently-released flagship phone. The Google Pixel 10 launched in August, with a beautiful 6.3-inch display, a compact frame, extended battery life, a new telephoto camera, and support for magnetic Pixel Snap accessories. Seeing such a big discount so soon after launch is rare.
The latest wireless Ring Doorbell is 50% off in the Amazon Easter weekend sale. We've tested more advanced versions and have been impressed with the video quality and night vision colour, but it's a shame that some of this device's value is usable exclusively with a Ring Protect subscription. However, if you're fine with paying for a subscription or already using a Ring-based home security system, it'll be worth the cost.
This is the biggest price cut yet on Google's latest and best smartwatch. We scored it an impressive 4.5 stars in our review, praising the unique Actua 360 domed display, the handy in-built Gemini features, and the excellent battery life. It's an all-around solid smartwatch companion if you're pairing it with an Android handset.
Amazon's latest version of its Echo Spot smart clock is £25 off in the Easter sale — an OK offer, but it has been £10 cheaper than this in the past. As well as a time display and wake-up alerts, this compact bit of kit can play music, check the weather and control other smart devices throughout your home.
