It's packed with high-end hardware, so isn't cheap, but the $900 saving is welcome. Yes, that's still on the pricey side, but this desktop isn't one that's aimed at basic office tasks and web browsing. It's a fully fledged workstation built for professionals working with large datasets, content creation applications, engineering software, AI workloads, and other resource-intensive tasks.
Leading the specification sheet is Intel's Core Ultra 9 285 processor, a 24-core, 24-thread chip capable of boosting up to 5.6GHz. Combined with 32GB of DDR5 memory, it offers plenty of horsepower for multitasking, complex projects, and demanding professional applications. Built for demanding professional workloads, this workstation combines an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, Nvidia RTX professional graphics, 32GB of DDR5 memory, and extensive connectivity, making it ideal for AI tasks, content creation, engineering, and data analysis.
Graphics duties are handled by Nvidia's RTX 2000 Ada professional GPU with 16GB of GDDR6 memory. Unlike consumer graphics cards, professional GPUs are optimized for workstation applications and certified software environments where reliability is every bit as important as raw performance.
